Custom wedding signage, designed and made locally
Wedding signage covers every printed or cut piece that guides and greets guests on the day: the welcome sign at the entrance, the seating chart, table numbers, bar and dessert signs and directional signs around the venue. Good signage reads as one suite with your invitations, which is why every Ghost Booth Events sign starts from your stationery, not from a template.
Founder Gina Balic grew up in a Melbourne signage workshop and trained in design at Monash. Ghost Booth Events has produced more than 1,000+ signs for Melbourne weddings, cut and finished locally, and delivers them with the photo booth so there is one supplier and one setup on the day.
Signage options
Welcome signs
The first thing guests see. Acrylic, mirror or linen, on a stand or easel, matched to your invitation suite.
Typically A1 (594 × 841 mm) or larger for venues with a long entrance.
Seating charts
Alphabetical or by table, on one panel or a multi-panel set that can be split between ceremony and reception.
Names are proofed twice before cutting so nobody is misspelt on the day.
Table numbers
Acrylic, mirror or timber numbers in a style that matches the welcome sign.
No delivery fee when combined with a photo booth booking.
Directional signs
Ceremony this way, bar, bathrooms, photo booth. Small signs that stop guests wandering.

Bar signs & menus
Signature cocktail lists, bar menus and dessert-table signs printed on acrylic.

Wedding signage FAQs
How much does wedding signage cost in Melbourne?
Ghost Booth Events wedding signage packages start from $500. A package typically covers a welcome sign plus a seating chart or table numbers in matching materials; individual pieces are quoted by size, material (acrylic, mirror, linen, timber) and whether a stand or easel is included. Signage bundled with a photo booth booking is discounted and delivered free.
How far ahead should I order wedding signage?
Allow four to six weeks: one to two weeks for design and proofing, then two to three weeks for production. Seating charts are finalised last, usually 10 days before the wedding once RSVPs close. Rush orders are possible depending on material.
What size should a wedding welcome sign be?
A1 (594 × 841 mm) is the most common size for a welcome sign on an easel, and it reads clearly from about five metres. Venues with a long entrance or outdoor ceremony often go larger, up to 900 × 1200 mm, or use a free-standing arch panel.
Can I keep the signs after the wedding?
Yes. Signage is made to order and is yours to keep. Stands and easels can be hired or purchased.
Do you deliver and set up the signage?
Yes. When combined with a photo booth or content creation booking, signage is delivered and placed at your venue in the same trip with no delivery fee. Signage-only orders can be delivered for a fee or collected from our Ravenhall studio.
Can you match my invitations?
Yes. Ghost Booth Events began as a stationery studio, and matching signage to an existing invitation suite is the most common brief we receive. Send the file or a photo and we'll match the fonts, colours and layout.
