Traditional guestbooks often end the night half-empty with one-line messages. Ours are designed to sit beside the photo booth: guests add their print next to a message, the booth prints an extra copy for the book automatically, and on Attended packages our attendant makes sure the book fills up.
Every Ghost Booth Events guestbook is handmade in Melbourne with materials we source ourselves. Covers are acrylic or linen, colour-matched to your event, with vinyl or 3D acrylic lettering to match your welcome sign.

How much does a wedding guestbook cost?
Ghost Booth Events handcrafted guestbooks start from $80 each for a standard acrylic or linen book with 30 sheets, a custom cover design and matching binders. Premium books with 3D acrylic lettering are quoted per design, and every guestbook is discounted when added to a photo booth package.
How does the guestbook work with the photo booth?
Guests add their photo booth print beside a handwritten message. The booth's face-detection feature prints an extra copy per session for the book, and on Attended packages our attendant encourages every guest to sign, so the book fills up over the night.
Can the guestbook match my signage?
Yes. The cover is custom designed to match your invitation suite, welcome sign and photo booth print, in acrylic or linen with vinyl lettering in white, black, gold or silver.
How many pages does the guestbook have?
Thirty sheets (sixty sides) as standard, which comfortably holds prints and messages from a 150-guest wedding. Extra sheets can be added.
How long does a custom guestbook take?
Allow three to four weeks for design, proofing and production. Books are handmade in our Melbourne studio.
