Role Overview: Service/Event Attendant
Position Details
What You'll Do
- Set up and break down event equipment, photo booths, signage, decor, guestbooks, etc.
- Greet and assist clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Ensure smooth execution of event elements, support onsite logistics
- Manage inventory, stock preparation, cleanliness, and safe handling of equipment
- Coordinate with team members and event planners to handle real-time needs and issues
Ideal Candidate
- Positive attitude and reliable, able to engage guests with energy and respect
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable moving, lifting, and managing setup/teardown under time constraints
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm and flexibility matter most
- Available for occasional weekends and evenings, with Melbourne-wide travel as needed
