How booking works
- August–September Peak-date enquiries open. Thursday and Friday nights in the last three weeks of November and first two of December book first.
- 4 weeks out Print design proof and backdrop confirmed. Send your logo files and any brand colours.
- 1 week out Run sheet, venue bump-in window and power confirmed with your venue coordinator.
- Event day Setup 60–90 minutes before doors; booth live for the hire period; gallery delivered within 24 hours.

Does the booth work in an office?
Yes. The open-air booth needs about 2 m × 2 m and a standard power point, fits in a lift and sets up in 45 minutes. We regularly run booths in break-out areas and boardrooms for office parties.
Can staff get the photos digitally?
Yes. Guests text or email their photos and GIFs from the booth touchscreen during the event, and the full gallery is delivered as a shareable link within 24 hours.
