Reprints for late RSVP changes

Scan, search, sit down

A QR code seating chart replaces the long printed board of names with one elegant sign. Guests point their phone camera at the code, type their name and their table appears straight away. No app, no login and no squinting at tiny print over someone's shoulder.

Because the software is our own, we set up the chart, load your guest list and design the sign in one place. It is the same team that makes your welcome sign and stationery, so everything reads as one suite.

Why couples choose QR

No crowd at the chart

Guests find their seat on their own phone from anywhere in the room, so nobody queues in front of one board during canapés.

Change it right up to the day

A late RSVP or a last-minute table swap is an update to your guest list, not a reprint. The sign stays the same.

Easier to read

Guests can zoom in on their own screen, which helps older relatives and anyone without their glasses.

One clean sign

Instead of a wall of 150 names, the display is your names, date and a QR code. It photographs beautifully and doubles as a welcome sign.

Sign styles

Every sign is designed from scratch to match your day. A few styles to inspire yours:

QR seating chart FAQs

How does a QR code seating chart work?

Guests scan the QR code on the sign with their phone camera, type their name and see their table number. There is no app to download. Ghost Booth Events builds the seating chart on its own in-house software and designs and prints the sign to match your wedding stationery.

Can I change the seating after the sign is printed?

Yes. The QR code links to your live seating chart, so moving a guest or adding a late RSVP is an update to the list, not a reprint. Send changes to us right up to the wedding.

What materials can the QR sign be printed on?

Satin and linen fabric, clear or frosted acrylic, mirror acrylic, foam board and premium card. The QR code is tested on the chosen material before production so it scans reliably.

Can the QR seating sign also be our welcome sign?

Yes, and it is the most popular option. One sign carries your names, venue and date with the QR code underneath, which keeps the entrance uncluttered.

How far in advance should I order a QR code seating chart?

Allow three to four weeks for design, proofing and printing. Because the seating itself stays editable, the sign can be printed before your RSVPs close.
