Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast are an easy run down the Princes Freeway from our western-suburbs base, so we service the region regularly for weddings at wineries, golf clubs and waterfront venues. Travel to Geelong is quoted per event and itemised on your proposal.
Regional venues often lack the power and lighting of city function rooms, so we bring extended cable runs and rely on our own studio lighting. For marquee weddings on the Bellarine, we need a level, covered spot and a standard 10-amp power point.
Access note: We travel down the morning of the event and remain on site for Attended packages. Remote packages are not offered in Geelong because of the distance.

Do you offer the Remote package in Geelong?
No. For venues outside the 50 km standard area we only offer Attended and Semi-Attended packages so a team member is on site for the whole hire.
Can you set up in a marquee on the Bellarine?
Yes. We need a level, covered 2 m × 2 m area and a standard 10-amp power point within about 15 metres. We bring extended cable runs and our own lighting.
